Brandon software developer Matt Kiazyk has developed a colourful three-dimensional map of the city based on the assessments, just for kicks and to encourage the City of Brandon to provide more accessible information.  The map is handy for citizens who want to get a long-term idea of taxes, assessment and the housing market across the city, Kiazyk said. "They can use that to see the history of the property," Kiazyk said of his map, which appears on his site, part of his ongoing effort to get the city to provide more open data more easily.
